Returns policy.
Hulsmeyer Homestead does not accept returns or exchanges. Because our products are handmade and many items may be personalized or custom-made, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Why all sales are final
Every piece is cut, engraved and finished to order by hand. Once wording is engraved or a commission is started, that piece belongs to one kitchen only — so we're not able to resell it or take it back.
If something isn't right
If your order arrives damaged, or we made a mistake with your engraving or the item shipped, contact us and we'll put it right. Please reach out with photos of the piece and its packaging.

Each piece is handcrafted from real hardwood. Natural variations in grain, color, texture, and wood patterns are part of what makes every item unique. Your product may vary slightly from the photographs shown.
Please double-check engraving wording and spelling before checking out — engraved pieces are cut exactly as entered.
