- Engraved sets and commissioned work are made to order, so they may take longer than a standard piece. We'll keep you updated on where your order sits in the queue.
- Where we ship
- We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on every US order — no minimum.
- Delivery dates
- Because each piece is worked by hand, we don't guarantee exact production or delivery dates. If you're ordering for a specific occasion, message us first and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
- If something arrives damaged
- Contact us with photos and we'll put it right. All other sales are final.
